{"id":61468,"date":"2022-09-15T09:44:42","date_gmt":"2022-09-15T09:44:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/uncategorized-ca\/terapia-cognitiu-conductual\/"},"modified":"2024-02-19T12:56:07","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T12:56:07","slug":"terapia-cognitiu-conductual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/solucions-i-recursos\/tratamiento-de-la-ansiedad\/terapia-cognitiu-conductual\/","title":{"rendered":"Ter\u00e0pia Cognitiu Conductual"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La ter\u00e0pia Cognitiu Conductual \u00e9s un tipus de tractament psicol\u00f2gic, amb <strong>base cient\u00edfica<\/strong>, que es dirigeix a identificar i canviar pensaments i comportaments negatius i desadaptatius, per altres m\u00e9s adaptatius i adequats S\u2019enfoca en <strong>previndre, reduir i eliminar<\/strong> <strong>pensaments, emocions i conductes que generen malestar<\/strong>: ansietat i por, baix estat d\u2019\u00e0nim, irritabilitat, preocupacions excessives o recurrents&#8230;etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ter\u00e0pia Cognitiu Conductual no consisteix nom\u00e9s en parlar, es requereix un <strong>treball conjunt entre pacient i terapeuta.<\/strong> S\u2019estableixen uns objectius clars i definits, enfocats en el problema actual i en els factors que el mantenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la ter\u00e0pia Cognitiu Conductual, les cognicions (pensaments, imatges), els processos cognitius (interpretaci\u00f3, atenci\u00f3, raonament, biaixos&#8230;) i els esquemes cognitius (creences i valors) tenen un paper fonamental que \u00e9s abordat durant el tractament. S\u2019entenen les emocions i el comportament de les persones com quelcom estretament lligat i relacionat amb lo cognitiu D\u2019aquesta manera, aspectes fonamentals en relaci\u00f3 al canvi terap\u00e8utic tenen a veure amb el treball a ter\u00e0pia respecte les atribucions, percepcions, expectatives, interpretacions, estrat\u00e8gies cognitives d\u2019afrontament, esquemes mentals i sup\u00f2sits de la persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abEt sents principalment de la forma com penses\u00bb (Albert Ellis).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal i com expressava Ellis en aquesta cita, en TCC es valora com a causa del que sentim i fem, no tant all\u00f2 que passa, si no all\u00f2 que interpretem del que passa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es tenen presents i es valoren les capacitats, habilitats, recursos i limitacions del pacient. Mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019exploraci\u00f3 de diferents \u00e0rees de la seva vida, passada i present, s\u2019estableixen relacions tant respecte al problema pel qual la persona acudeix a consulta com dels recursos de que disposa. Aquesta exploraci\u00f3, enfocada en all\u00f2 que la persona fa, sent i pensa en situacions concretes en diversos contextos, no t\u00e9 una rellev\u00e0ncia especial respecte a establir un diagn\u00f2stic, si no que est\u00e0 m\u00e9s dirigida a poder realitzar un<strong> an\u00e0lisi funcional<\/strong> de la problem\u00e0tica de la persona, \u00e9s a dir, a <strong>establir les connexions i relacions entre diferents variables<\/strong> que regulen, influeixen, afecten i mantenen i\/o generen el problema motiu de consulta de la persona que arriba a ter\u00e0pia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta exploraci\u00f3 i valoraci\u00f3 de les diferents variables i connexions, es dirigeix a factors del present i del passat. Entendre la hist\u00f2ria i el passat de la persona ajuda a comprendre millor els problemes actuals, per\u00f2 <strong>la ter\u00e0pia no est\u00e0 centrada en el passat ni en la inf\u00e0ncia de la persona.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el treball conjunt amb el\/la terapeuta, la persona apr\u00e8n els <strong>mecanismes, estrat\u00e8gies i t\u00e8cniques que l\u2019ajudaran a identificar els problemes i resoldre\u2019ls, a fer-lis front i gestionar-los diferent, tant des de la vessant cognitiva com conductual.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest treball conjunt consta de diferents fases. Una de les primeres, despr\u00e9s de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, \u00e9s establir els objectius de la ter\u00e0pia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un cop s\u2019han establert els objectius comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 un treball terap\u00e8utic dirigit a aconseguir aquests objectius. Durant la ter\u00e0pia, es necess\u00e0ria <strong>la participaci\u00f3 i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del pacient<\/strong>, tant durant les sessions com en les propostes i tasques a realitzar entre sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a resum, hem escollit dos par\u00e0grafs del llibre <em>\u00abManual de tratamientos psicol\u00f3gicos. Adultos\u00bb<\/em>, Madrid. Ediciones Pir\u00e1mide. 2021. coordinat per Eduardo Fonseca Pedrero, que de manera concisa explica l\u2019elecci\u00f3 de la <strong>TCC com a tractament per l\u2019ansietat<\/strong> i en que consisteix aquest tractament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>La TCC es considera el tractament d\u2019elecci\u00f3 en els trastorns d\u2019ansietat per les principals guies cl\u00edniques. [\u2026] El seu car\u00e0cter eminentment emp\u00edric l\u2019ha co<\/em><em>nvertit en la ter\u00e0pia m\u00e9s estudiada i amb m\u00e9s recolzament emp\u00edric de entre tots els tractaments psicol\u00f2gics\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>La TCC est\u00e0 basada en la psicologia cient\u00edfica i experimental sobre la conducta (manifesta i encoberta) en els seus diferents nivells de resposta (conductual, cognitiu, fisiol\u00f2gic i emocional).
