{"id":58532,"date":"2015-09-24T01:34:19","date_gmt":"2015-09-24T01:34:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/uncategorized-ca\/las-paradojas-del-miedo-2\/"},"modified":"2024-02-19T12:56:27","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T12:56:27","slug":"las-paradojas-del-miedo-articles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/de-malament-a-pitjor\/las-paradojas-del-miedo-articles\/","title":{"rendered":"Les paradoxes de la por"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Els diccionaris diuen que una paradoxa \u00e9s una afirmaci\u00f3 que ratlla els l\u00edmits d\u2019all\u00f2 contradictori, en qu\u00e8 es superposen dues o m\u00e9s situacions amb energies oposades, en un di\u00e0leg en qu\u00e8 els extrems que s\u2019haurien de neutralitzar es potencien, ajuntant-se se separen o separant-se s\u2019uneixen.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"color_azul\">Amb el t\u00edtol <em>Paradoxes de la por<\/em>, volem fer refer\u00e8ncia a intencions, formulacions, actituds, temptatives, operatives que ofereixen resultats oposats a la seva pr\u00f2pia l\u00f2gica o pretensi\u00f3, i que genera bucles que no tenen sortida o soluci\u00f3 en els termes en qu\u00e8 estan formulats. L\u2019esfor\u00e7 per sortir de la por ho accentua, finalment<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Les formulacions paradoxals estan a la base de moltes estrat\u00e8gies contraproduents en l\u2019afrontament dels problemes d\u2019ansietat. La seva reformulaci\u00f3, ruptura de la circularitat i la transformaci\u00f3 en problemes amb sortida formen part dels recursos terap\u00e8utics per poder-los superar.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"color_azul\">Per a saber m\u00e9s sobre paradoxes en els processos de manteniment i soluci\u00f3 dels problemes<\/span>, i l\u2019\u00fas en la psicoter\u00e0pia, es poden consultar alguns llibres i autors d\u2019inter\u00e8s: Watzlawick (1976, 1980, 1981, 1988); Fish, Weakland y Segal (1994); Frankl (1946, 1962); Papp (1997); Nardone (1995, 2002, 2004), i Mairena, Ballesteros i Mart\u00edn (2005).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tit_azul\">Per a la vostra seguretat, quedeu-vos espantats<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La persona que se sent en perill s\u2019enfronta a una disjuntiva complexa. Pot optar per ignorar-lo, mirar cap a l\u2019altre costat i oblidar-se\u2019n. D\u2019aquesta manera, estaria menys angoixat, per\u00f2, d\u2019altra banda m\u00e9s exposat a patir-lo, per no ocupar-se de prevenir-lo o vigilar-lo. Pot optar per no perdre\u2019l de vista, tenir-lo present, no distreure\u2019s amb altres assumptes per, aix\u00ed, controlar-lo millor i no veure\u2019s sorpr\u00e8s, posar-se fora de perill. Malgrat aix\u00f2, aquesta manera d\u2019actuar el tindria permanentment en alerta, angoixat, amb el cap ple de possibles ocurr\u00e8ncies i derivats del perill, i el cos posse\u00eft per la corresponent resposta fisiol\u00f2gica aut\u00f2noma de lluita-fugida-par\u00e0lisi. Si, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, la persona en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 se sent\u00eds espantada per aquests s\u00edmptomes, es produiria un doble salt moral en el bucle de la paradoxa. Mirar els s\u00edmptomes els desespera, no fer-ho portaria a sentir-se a la seva merc\u00e8.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, per sentir-se segur s\u2019hauria de preocupar. Per\u00f2 si es preocupa, no estar\u00e0 tranquil. Si no es preocupa, estar\u00e0 tranquil per\u00f2 no se sentir\u00e0 segur. Adonar-se que est\u00e0 tranquil, far\u00e0 que pensi que s\u2019ha despreocupat, potser temer\u00e0riament.<\/p>\n<p><u><\/u><span class=\"tit_azul\">Com m\u00e9s inseguretat, major control; com m\u00e9s control, major inseguretat<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La por a prendre el control sobre el propi pensament, conducta o impulsos \u00e9s freq\u00fcent en els problemes d\u2019ansietat. D\u2019alguna manera, aquest sentiment, o pressentiment, \u00e9s consubstancial a l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de l\u2019ansietat elevada. Si l\u2019ansietat guarda relaci\u00f3, com hem explicat, amb la percepci\u00f3 del subjecte a veure\u2019s desbordat, respecte de la seva capacitat i recursos, per les demandes i exig\u00e8ncies del medi \u2013extern o intern\u2013, \u00e9s natural que aquesta experi\u00e8ncia s\u2019equipari a p\u00e8rdua de control sobre un mateix o sobre l\u2019entorn.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s probable que l\u2019ansietat alteri l\u2019execuci\u00f3 de repertoris de conducta, fins i tot alguns que normalment surten sols sense que la consci\u00e8ncia hi intervingui, ja sigui perqu\u00e8 es tracten de respostes aut\u00f2nomes o ben automatitzades despr\u00e9s d\u2019un proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i entrenament: l\u2019articulaci\u00f3 i la flu\u00efdesa de la parla, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i la concentraci\u00f3, la resposta sexual, la conciliaci\u00f3 de la son, etc. La percepci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes fallades crea dubtes en la persona que els experimenta sobre l\u2019adequada regulaci\u00f3, i produeix desconfian\u00e7a sobre el funcionament normal i correcte de les facultats i funcions.<\/p>\n<p>Davant de la inseguretat que genera la pr\u00f2pia ansietat, i l\u2019eventualitat que es produeixin actes o intervencions fallides o deficients, el sentit com\u00fa ens dicta un ant\u00eddot \u00fatil: augmentar el control.<\/p>\n<p>Alertats per l\u2019increment d\u2019erros, alguns pacients decideixen, llavors, sotmetre a control directe i voluntari accions o seq\u00fcencies d\u2019accions que normalment es produ\u00efen autom\u00e0ticament, sense esfor\u00e7 conscient de realitzaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed, \u00e9s possible que la persona afectada tracti de regular la concentraci\u00f3 for\u00e7ant-la, de manera que en realitat s\u2019est\u00e0 concentrant sobre el propi fenomen de la concentraci\u00f3, en detriment del que es vol atendre o tracti de for\u00e7ar o vigilar la son, activitat que en la pr\u00e0ctica impedeix conciliar-lo. Per\u00f2 si no es fa, si no s\u2019intenta, com podr\u00e0 regular alguna que est\u00e0 apareixent de manera alterada i que el perjudica?<\/p>\n<p>Si, per pors i inseguretats socials, una persona es comporta de manera inhibida, r\u00edgida i poc natural, una vegada es d\u00f3na l\u2019ordre de ser espontani tot imposant-se les conductes, llavors deixa de ser-ho. Tot i aix\u00f2, s\u2019ha de fer alguna cosa, si no ho intenta estar\u00e0 tallant i encartronat.<\/p>\n<p>Novament, la persona amb ansietat s\u2019enfronta a un contrasentit desconcertant: si no augmenta el control no guanyar\u00e0 confian\u00e7a, per\u00f2 si l\u2019augmenta ser\u00e0 menys afectiva. Llavors, no guanyar\u00e0 seguretat i haur\u00e0 d\u2019augmentar el control, etc.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tit_azul\">Enfortir a l\u2019oponent tot combatent-lo<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les persones amb nivells d\u2019ansietat alts, per un motiu o altre, acostumen a sentir-se assaltades per pensaments inoportuns i amena\u00e7adors, s\u00edmptomes dif\u00edcils de partir i sentiments desagradables. Freq\u00fcentment, la resposta de la persona consisteix a intentar combatre\u2019ls perqu\u00e8 se\u2019n vagin, barallar-s\u2019hi perqu\u00e8, com a m\u00ednim, no guanyin terreny i intentar contrarestar-los. Si no ho fan aix\u00ed, tenen por que s\u2019apoderin d\u2019elles i que els traeixi en el moment m\u00e9s inoport\u00fa o inesperat. Per\u00f2 mentre els combaten, els fan el joc, agafen for\u00e7a o es transformen en d\u2019altres m\u00e9s horrorosos i v\u00e9nen m\u00e9s al cap o a la panxa. Podrien optar per deixar-se travessar i esperar que passin, acceptar-los, tractar-los com a normals i conviure-hi. Per\u00f2 si no es tenen en compte a l\u2019hora de prendre decisions i adquirir compromisos, potser despr\u00e9s no es puguin assumir. Encara m\u00e9s si la persona pren les seves decisions en funci\u00f3 de les pors, els d\u00f3na un poder que no voldria o no hauria de donar-los. Qu\u00e8 s\u2019ha de fer llavors, barallar-s\u2019hi, acceptar-ho?<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tit_azul\">Un sistema d\u2019alarma que s\u2019espanti del seu propi soroll<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes intensos, i a vegades inesperats, de l\u2019ansietat, que en les manifestacions m\u00e9s extremes v\u00e9nen acompanyats de la sensaci\u00f3 de p\u00e8rdua imminent de la salut f\u00edsica o del control, s\u00f3n efectes de la por, per\u00f2 a la vegada, comunament es converteixen per a la persona, en la major font de temor i d\u2019angoixa. Es el fenomen de la por a la por. L\u2019ansietat es converteix, aix\u00ed, en un sistema d\u2019alarma que s\u2019alerta pel seu propi soroll, pels seus propis efectes. Les manifestacions de l\u2019ansietat s\u00f3n el perill a vigilar, i en aquesta mateixa vigil\u00e0ncia consisteix l\u2019alerta i l\u2019ansietat. Arribats a aquest punt, la persona afligida t\u00e9 moltes dificultats per conviure amb s\u00edmptomes originats per l\u2019ansietat normal i adaptativa, o amb s\u00edmptomes semblants als de l\u2019ansietat i motivats per causes no patol\u00f2giques, activitat f\u00edsica \u2013per exemple\u2013, o b\u00e9 generades pel propi estat d\u2019alerta davant de la possible aparici\u00f3 d\u2019aquests s\u00edmptomes. La persona, llavors, es mou entre dos posicions b\u00e0siques o estats: es troba bastant b\u00e9 \u2013si no apareixen els s\u00edmptomes en absolut o est\u00e0 en un context segur en cas que apareguessin\u2013 o, per contra, es troba for\u00e7a malament \u2013si apareix la m\u00e9s m\u00ednima manifestaci\u00f3. En aquest cas, es desperta un gran temor a que els s\u00edmptomes arribin a extrems alts i inadmissibles. Les manifestacions de la por es converteixen en la major font d\u2019inseguretat, davant de les quals s\u2019ha d\u2019estar alerta.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tit_azul\">Quan les mesures de protecci\u00f3 angoixen<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les conductes m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents davant de la por s\u00f3n l\u2019evitaci\u00f3 i la cerca de condicions de seguretat \u2013per exemple, estar acompanyat o en un lloc segur. Aquests procediments proporcionen una notable sensaci\u00f3 de seguretat i de protecci\u00f3, i redueixen el malestar, tot i que d\u2019altra banda, es converteixen en una g\u00e0bia d\u2019or que genera depend\u00e8ncies, p\u00e8rdua d\u2019autonomia, limitaci\u00f3 del desenvolupament personal, condicionants negatius per a terceres persones. Les mesures b\u00e0siques per sobreviure no deixen viure.
