Aquesta \u00e9s una frase que sovint fem servir en ter\u00e0pia a la Cl\u00ednica de l\u2019Ansietat, per que la persona amb ansietat pugui entendre millor els mecanismes que la generen i la mantenen. En la majoria dels casos podr\u00edem dir que no existeix ansietat sense por, encara que l\u00f2gicament pot existir por sense ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La por \u00e9s l\u2019emoci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica que origina, alimenta i mant\u00e9 qualsevol problema d\u2019ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A la<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/problemas\/fobia-social\/fobia-social-una-presentacion-del-problema\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> f\u00f2bia social<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/problemas\/fobia-social\/fobia-social-una-presentacion-del-problema\/\" target=\"_blank\"> <\/a><\/strong><\/span>la persona t\u00e9 por a fer el rid\u00edcul, por a que les altres persones se n\u2019adonin del seu nerviosisme i pensin malament, por a no caure be, o a dir una tonteria\u2026etc.<\/li><li>A la <span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/problemas\/ansiedad-y-otros\/hipocondria-ansiedad-por-la-enfermedad\/\" target=\"_blank\">hipocondria<\/a><\/strong> <\/span>la persona t\u00e9 por a morir o a patir una malaltia greu.<\/li><li>Als <strong><span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/problemas\/obsesiones\/obsesiones-toc-una-presentacion-del-problema\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">problemes obsessiu-compulsius<\/a><\/span><\/strong> la persona pot tenir por a contaminar-se, por a que quelcom greu pugui passar si no realitza un determinat comportament, por a perdre el control i fer mal a alg\u00fa o a si mateix\/a&#8230;etc.<\/li><li>A les <strong><span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/problemas\/fobias-especificas\/fobia-simple-o-especifica-sintomas-y-presentacion-del-problema\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">f\u00f2bies simples<\/a><\/span><\/strong> poden haver-hi por als animals, a les tempestes o altres fen\u00f2mens atmosf\u00e8rics, a la obscuritat, a conduir, a l\u2019avi\u00f3&#8230;etc.<\/li><li>A <strong><span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/problemas\/crisis-de-panico-y-agorafobia\/agorafobia-una-presentacion-del-problema\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019agoraf\u00f2bia <\/a><\/span><\/strong>la por \u00e9s experimentar ansietat i no poder fugir o obtenir ajuda, por als propis s\u00edmptomes d\u2019ansietat, por a tornar als llocs on s\u2019ha experimentat una ansietat intensa\u2026etc.<\/li><li>A les <strong><span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/problemas\/crisis-de-panico-y-agorafobia\/crisis-de-ansiedad-de-panico-o-de-angustia-una-presentacion-del-problema\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crisis d\u2019ansietat<\/a><\/span><\/strong> t\u00e9 tot el sentit la frase \u201cpor a la por\u201d, \u00e9s a dir, por a experimentar la por que se sent quan arriba un atac de p\u00e0nic o crisi d\u2019ansietat, o por a les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies imaginades respecte a algun dels seus s\u00edmptomes (por a l\u2019infart quan noto taquic\u00e0rdies, por al desmai si noto mareig o inestabilitat, por a patir alguna mena de col\u00b7lapse per tenir tanta ansietat&#8230;).<\/li><li>A <strong><span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/problemas\/ansiedad-generalizada\/ansiedad-generalizada-tag-una-presentacion-del-problema\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019ansietat generalitzada<\/a><\/span><\/strong> la persona t\u00e9 por a que es facin realitat les seves preocupacions catastr\u00f2fiques que van a l\u2019extrem de \u201ctot anir\u00e0 malament, alguna cosa dolenta passar\u00e0, succeir\u00e0 el pitjor\u2026\u201d.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Nota: aquesta explicaci\u00f3 es centra en ressaltar el paper de la por en tots aquets problemes, per\u00f2 no explica tot el que li passa a una persona que pateix un d\u2019aquets problemes. Existeixen altres factors implicats, diferents per cada problema, que ajuden a entendre i definir l\u2019origen, manteniment i desenvolupament dels problemes abans anomenats).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">I que passa normalment quan tenim por?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com que la por \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 molt desagradable per nosaltres, la nostra tend\u00e8ncia es fugir d\u2019ella, o evitar all\u00f2 que ens produeix la por. Aquest mecanisme de fugida \u00e9s molt l\u00f2gic i adequat quan la por apareix davant una situaci\u00f3 realment perillosa, per\u00f2 \u00e9s contraproduent quan no ho \u00e9s. Fugir acaba augmentant i mantenint l\u2019ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Que podem fer per que aquets problemes no vagin a m\u00e9s i poder controlar-los?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podem fer sevir dues estrat\u00e8gies per fer front aquets problemes. D\u2019una banda, \u201cdesmuntar\u201d les pors, i d\u2019altre, afrontar-les gradualment. En la mesura de les nostres possibilitats, fer front mica en mica les pors provocar\u00e0 que es vagin reduint. La manera de fer-ho \u00e9s sent conscients que haurem de suportar cert nivell d\u2019ansietat, intentant fer-ho gradualment per poder-ho tolerar. Fer una pr\u00e0ctica continuada afrontant situacions pot donar-nos uns bons resultats. D\u2019altra banda, i paral\u00b7lelament, hem de posar a prova la veracitat de les nostres pors, \u00e9s a dir, posar en dubte si el que pensem \u00e9s veritat o si ho \u00e9s fins a l\u2019extrem al que ho portem. Podem reflexionar sobre q\u00fcestions com: \u00e9s molt probable que passi? Ho he pensat moltes vegades i mai ha passat? Que li diria jo a un amic o amiga que estigu\u00e9s igual de preocupat\/ada per aix\u00f2? Estic pensant en el pitjor? Normalment passa el pitjor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sovint fer front a aquestes pors i desmuntar-les \u00e9s una tasca dif\u00edcil, i no sempre ho aconseguim sense ajuda professional.
