No suceder\u00e1 nada peor.<\/li>\n<li>Deje de aumentar el p\u00e1nico con pensamientos atemorizadores sobre lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo y a d\u00f3nde podr\u00eda conducir.<\/li>\n<li>Observe lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo en su cuerpo realmente ahora, no lo que usted tema que pudiera pasar.<\/li>\n<li>Espere y deje tiempo al miedo para que pase. No luche en contra, ni huya de \u00e9l.<\/li>\n<li>Observe que cuando usted deja de aumentarlo al a\u00f1adir pensamientos atemorizadores, el miedo comienza a desaparecer por si mismo.<\/li>\n<li>Recuerde que el objetivo fundamental de la pr\u00e1ctica es c\u00f3mo afrontar el miedo sin evitarlo.
