{"id":56826,"date":"2021-03-09T18:58:45","date_gmt":"2021-03-09T17:58:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/uncategorized-ca\/que-nos-d-ice-la-ansiedad-asertividad-valores-y-autoestima\/"},"modified":"2024-02-19T12:57:54","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T12:57:54","slug":"que-nos-d-ice-la-ansiedad-asertividad-valores-y-autoestima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/solucions-i-recursos\/ansiedad-avisos-y-funciones\/que-nos-d-ice-la-ansiedad-asertividad-valores-y-autoestima\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u00e8 ens diu l&#8217;ansietat: assertivitat, valors i autoestima"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De les diferents causes o motius que poden provocar que l\u2019ansietat aparegui, en aquest text ens centrarem en aquelles relacionades amb l\u2019assertivitat i els valors, i la repercussi\u00f3 que tot aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 en l\u2019autoestima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ansietat, encara sent molt desagradable, lluny de pretendre minvar el nostre benestar ve a informar-nos d\u2019alguns desajustos que est\u00e0 detectant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podr\u00edem definir breument <strong><span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">l\u2019assertivitat<\/span><\/strong> com la <span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em>capacitat\/habilitat per defensar els nostres drets, expressar les nostres necessitats i manifestar el nostre malestar o desacord (posar l\u00edmits i dir que no), respectant alhora a les altres persones<\/em>.<\/span> La no assertivitat tracta precisament del contrari, i succeeix quan la persona no posa l\u00edmits, acaba fent coses que realment no vol, no expressa o exigeix les seves necessitats i posa per davant el benestar dels altres al seu propi. Si aix\u00f2 passa de manera puntual o poc freq\u00fcent, no t\u00e9 major repercussi\u00f3 ni import\u00e0ncia. Per\u00f2 si aquesta manera de relacionar-nos amb les dem\u00e9s persones \u00e9s un tipus de comportament habitual, llavors si que pot provocar problemes. L\u2019ansietat vindria per avisar-nos d\u2019aquest comportament habitual poc respectu\u00f3s i cur\u00f3s amb nosaltres mateixos\/es. Ve a dir-nos que en realitat no estem a gust ni conformes amb la nostra manera d\u2019actuar i amb les repercussions que se\u2019n deriven, ja que la persona poc assertiva acaba massa sovint implicada en situacions\/obligacions que realment no vol, posant per davant d\u2019ella el benestar del altes. L\u2019ansietat vindria a dir-nos que els nostres desitjos i drets s\u2019estan veient afectats i que ens estem allunyant massa del nostre benestar i equilibri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelcom semblant passa quan ens desviem massa dels nostres <strong><span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">valors<\/span><\/strong>. Es veritat que no sempre podem actuar amb la fidelitat cap a nosaltres que desitjar\u00edem, per\u00f2 tal i com coment\u00e0vem amb l\u2019assertivitat, si aix\u00f2 \u00e9s puntual, el seu efecte \u00e9s menor i no hi ha m\u00e9s problema, per\u00f2 si ens veiem abocats, be per imperatius interns o externs a comportar-nos i actuar lluny dels nostres valors, llavors es probable que l\u2019ansietat entri en escena. La manera com volem viure i compartir la nostra vida, relacionar-nos amb els altres i l\u2019entorn, la nostra manera de veure el m\u00f3n, conformen els nostres valors. Quan aquests valors es veuen amena\u00e7ats, actuem per tornar a ells i reprendre un cam\u00ed en el que ens sentim millor amb nosaltres mateixos\/es. De vegades succeeix que no ens adonem que ens este desviant, o que no li donem la import\u00e0ncia que t\u00e9 realment, o que ens veiem \u201cobligats\u201d a caminar en direccions desviades dels nostres valors. En aquestes circumst\u00e0ncies l\u2019ansietat s\u2019activa per fer-nos notar que alguna cosa est\u00e0 passant i que haur\u00edem de posar-hi remei. Ve a dir-nos que estem \u201coblidant\u201d o deixant massa de banda la nostra manera de veure\/viure la vida i all\u00f2 que li dona sentit i significat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Tant la falta d\u2019assertivitat, aix\u00ed com allunyar-nos dels nostres valors (sempre i quan aix\u00f2 sigui freq\u00fcent), pot provocar, a banda d\u2019ansietat, una baixa <strong>autoestima<\/strong>.<\/mark> L\u2019autoestima t\u00e9 una \u00edntima relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019assertivitat. Actuar respectant-nos, conforme el que desitgem realment i en la l\u00ednia dels nostres valors enforteix la nostra autoestima i la confian\u00e7a en nosaltres. I allunyar-nos d\u2019aquest autorespecte i valors repercuteix negativament en ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s important ressaltar que en aquest article ens hem centrat \u00fanicament en l\u2019assertivitat, valors i autoestima, per\u00f2 que l\u2019ansietat no es limita a apar\u00e8ixer exclusivament quan aquets aspectes es veuen compromesos. L\u2019ansietat apareix per m\u00faltiples causes i factors i es manifesta de manera diferent en cada persona.
