Ve a <span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">advertir-nos dels \u201cperills\u201d<\/span> i a la vegada a preparar-nos per reaccionar davant d&#8217;ells de la millor manera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan l&#8217;ansietat apareix genera un gran malestar a la nostra vida. La primera reacci\u00f3, com \u00e9s l\u00f2gic, per la majoria de persones, \u00e9s voler que desaparegui, deixar de sentir aquesta por, aquestes sensacions f\u00edsiques tan desagradables, tornar a recuperar el nostre benestar. Aquest \u00e9s un objectiu l\u00edcit i comprensible, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 cal mirar altres aspectes: \u00bfper qu\u00e8 tinc ansietat? \u00bfper qu\u00e8 ha aparegut? \u00bfqu\u00e8 em diu l&#8217;ansietat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per cada persona i per cada situaci\u00f3 la resposta ser\u00e0 diferent, per\u00f2 hi ha alguns aspectes comuns o freq\u00fcents, que moltes persones experimenten, i que ens aclareixen aquets dubtes. No parlarem de q\u00fcestions relacionades amb la nostra infantesa ni els nostre \u201ctraumes\u201d, que si be poden influir, no sempre son la causa, i en moltes ocasions no ens aporten solucions. Dit d&#8217;una altre manera, no totes les persones amb ansietat tenen \u201ctraumes\u201d, i en cas que en tinguin no sempre expliquen el que els hi passa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existeixen <span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">varies possibles causes de l&#8217;ansietat, entre elles, apareix amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia l&#8217;<strong>exig\u00e8ncia elevada<\/strong>, la <strong>necessitat de control<\/strong>, el <strong>perfeccionisme <\/strong>i la <strong>responsabilitat excessiva<\/strong>.<\/span> Aquestes caracter\u00edstiques per si mateixes no son ni bones ni dolentes, seran o no adaptatives en funci\u00f3 del grau en el que es manifestin i en les situacions en que s&#8217;activin. En moltes persones amb ansietat, l&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia, el control, el perfeccionisme i la responsabilitat tenen un protagonisme excessiu i acaben produint ansietat. Podr\u00edem dir que l&#8217;ansietat ve a advertir-nos de la gran tensi\u00f3 que est\u00e0 generant pretendre aconseguir tan elevat grau de control, o resultats (exig\u00e8ncia i perfeccionisme), o assumir tan alta responsabilitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No estem dient que els \u00fanics motius de l\u2019ansietat siguin aquets, tamb\u00e9 hi ha altres causes i altres factors que contribueixen a que es desenvolupi i es mantingui. Per\u00f2 si conv\u00e9, si es pateix ansietat, revisar aquests punts per si estiguessin influint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 puc fer llavors?<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primer de tot, mantenir una <span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>actitud oberta<\/strong> davant la possibilitat de que estigui sent massa exigent, o adquirint massa responsabilitat, i posant-me unes expectatives i metes massa elevades<\/span>. Aquesta perspectiva \u201cd\u2019actitud oberta\u201d \u00e9s rellevant perqu\u00e8 molt sovint s\u2019experimenta subjectivament tot el contrari. Es a dir, les persones que s\u2019exigeixen massa tenen precisament la sensaci\u00f3 contraria, senten que no estan aconseguint el que haurien, que no estan fent prou i que caldria que fessin m\u00e9s. Les persones que estant intentant tenir tot sota control, no distingeixen que \u00e9s assumible i raonable tenir sota control i quines coses no depenen d\u2019elles. Habitualment tenen la sensaci\u00f3 de que les coses estan descontrolades i no se senten segures. Les persones que assumeixen com a responsabilitat pr\u00f2pia qualsevol cosa negativa que passi, senten que haurien d\u2019haver fet alguna cosa davant aquella circumst\u00e0ncia, que son responsables, sense valorar la seva implicaci\u00f3 real i la seva responsabilitat l\u00f2gica i objectiva, i acaba creient que ha fracassat, que ha fallat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo segon \u00e9s <span style=\"color:#009900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">comen\u00e7ar a<strong> plantejar-se certes q\u00fcestions<\/strong> i intentar respondre d\u2019una manera objectiva<\/span>, \u00e9s a dir, posant-se en la perspectiva de que li dirien a una altre persona i no tant a si mateixos\/es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes q\u00fcestions podrien ser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c9s realment veritat que haig d\u2019aconseguir aquets resultats? Aix\u00f2 mateix ho veuria possible per altres persones?<\/li><li>Es pot controlar tot? Estic intentant controlar tot? Realment estar\u00e9 m\u00e9s tranquil\/tranquil\u00b7la intentant controlar aspectes que probablement no depenen de mi?<\/li><li>Que em senti responsable o culpable vol dir que ho sigui? A una altre persona li posaria el mateix pes o c\u00e0rrega de responsabilitat, o diria que no \u00e9s raonable?<\/li><li>Es requereix realment que estigui tot perfecte en aquesta feina\/tasca? Encara que no senti aix\u00ed, es necessari invertir tant de temps i esfor\u00e7? No passa que m\u2019acabo bloquejant per buscar la perfecci\u00f3? Em quedar\u00e9 satisfet\/a alguna vegada si les meves expectatives son de perfecci\u00f3?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes podrien ser algunes preguntes sobre les que reflexionar per valorar si m\u2019estic excedint en les meves demandes, sigui per exigir-me un resultat inassolible, sigui per buscar la perfecci\u00f3 encara sabent que no es requereix, sigui per voler controlar all\u00f2 que no dep\u00e8n de mi, sigui per fer-me responsable de coses sobre les que no tinc influ\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan aix\u00f2 passa, l\u2019ansietat ve a dir-nos que ens estem sobrepassant en les nostres expectatives, que ens estem demanant massa, que estem tensant massa sense adonar-nos.
