En aquests casos, es converteix en quelcom disfuncional i que compromet la salut f\u00edsica i psicol\u00f2gica. Arribat aquest punt, \u00e9s convenient, i moltes vegades imprescindible, consultar amb un especialista que pugui valorar i, si \u00e9s necessari, tractar el problema.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tit_azul\">A continuaci\u00f3, algunes condicions i circumst\u00e0ncies en les quals s\u2019aconsella consultar<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quan la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d\u2019aparici\u00f3 de l\u2019ansietat problem\u00e0tica \u00e9s cada cop m\u00e9s elevada.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la intensitat amb la que apareixen els s\u00edmptomes d\u2019ansietat suposa un problema per al benestar personal.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la duraci\u00f3 dels episodis d\u2019ansietat \u00e9s cada vegada m\u00e9s llarga.<\/li>\n<li>Quan l\u2019afectaci\u00f3 o interfer\u00e8ncia a altres \u00e0rees de la vida \u00e9s cada vegada m\u00e9s gran. De vegades, el problema d\u2019ansietat s\u2019inicia en una situaci\u00f3 determinada i es va estenent a altres \u00e0mbits com si fos una taca de tinta. Imaginem el cas d\u2019una persona que desenvolupa una f\u00f2bia a despla\u00e7ar-se en transports p\u00fablics i comen\u00e7a a evitar-los. Aquest fet suposa una restricci\u00f3 important de la seva mobilitat i independ\u00e8ncia. Pots ser que deixi de fer coses que abans solia fer, i fins i tot es vegi incapa\u00e7 d\u2019anar a treballar.<\/li>\n<li>Quan una persona significativa o un especialista (metge, farmac\u00e8utic, assistent social&#8230;) amb coneixement del cas, ho aconsella.<\/li>\n<li>Quan les solucions que s\u2019han intentat no han funcionat. Moltes persones abans de consultar a un professional especialitzat en trastorns d\u2019ansietat, han intentat afrontar, de manera espont\u00e0nia, el problema pel seu compte. Podem agrupar els intents en tres categories:\n<ul>\n<li>Intents \u00fatils: s\u00f3n aquells que han facilitat la contenci\u00f3 o desaparici\u00f3 del problema. Suposen una soluci\u00f3 total o parcial d\u2019aquest.<\/li>\n<li>Intents in\u00fatils: s\u00f3n aquells que han suposat un esfor\u00e7 a diferents nivells, esfor\u00e7os que no han repercutit en una millora del problema.<\/li>\n<li>Intents contraproduents: s\u00f3n aquells que, lluny de suposar una soluci\u00f3 al problema, contribueixen a mantenir-lo i perpetuar-lo.
