En aquests casos, i en aquest sentit, l\u2019evitaci\u00f3 pot considerar-se en si mateixa una estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019afrontament espontani contraproduent, ja que si a vegades impedeix un increment puntual d\u2019ansietat, el que fa \u00e9s contribuir a un sosteniment i perpetuaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha un tercer factor, en absolut desconsiderable, que contribueix que l\u2019evitaci\u00f3 pugui provocar efectes contraproduents: <span class=\"color_azul\">l\u2019evitaci\u00f3 de les situacions que generen ansietat implica la ren\u00fancia a plans i interessos, o la p\u00e8rdua de condicions que poden ser importants per al subjecte, cosa que a la vegada \u00e9s font d\u2019ansietat<\/span>. En aquests casos, cal preguntar-se fins a quin punt la reducci\u00f3 de l\u2019ansietat es produeix pels processos d\u2019habituaci\u00f3 i\/o extinci\u00f3, i fins a quin punt per la continu\u00eftat dels programes d\u2019acci\u00f3 en curs o la preservaci\u00f3 de l\u2019<em>status quo<\/em> amena\u00e7ats.<\/p>\n<p>Marks (1981 i 1987) ha escrit treballs magn\u00edfics i extensos, i revisions sobre el tema de l\u2019exposici\u00f3 a situacions temudes com a procediment terap\u00e8utic en els trastorns per ansietat, fins al punt d\u2019haver-los convertit en els tractaments m\u00e9s extensos en el camp de les ter\u00e0pies conductuals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MARKS, I.
