{"id":56476,"date":"2015-09-24T02:06:26","date_gmt":"2015-09-24T02:06:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/uncategorized-ca\/ansiedad-soluciones-bumeran\/"},"modified":"2024-02-19T12:57:18","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T12:57:18","slug":"ansiedad-soluciones-bumeran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/de-malament-a-pitjor\/interacciones-contraproducentes\/ansiedad-soluciones-bumeran\/","title":{"rendered":"Ansietat: solucions bumerang"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Volem fer refer\u00e8ncia a diverses <span class=\"color_azul\">activitats que s\u00f3n moment\u00e0niament reductores de l\u2019ansietat, per diverses raons, per\u00f2 que a mig termini contribueixen a incrementar l\u2019ansietat, o a dificultar l\u2019establiment de procediments alternatius m\u00e9s adequats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Es tracta de comportaments d\u2019altra banda normals, necessaris i positius, per\u00f2 que emesos abusivament i com a manera b\u00e0sica de controlar l\u2019ansietat, es desvirtuen, es tornen contraproduents i es produeixen de manera compulsiva: hiperactivitat (o h\u00edper ocupaci\u00f3), adormiment, ingesta o sexe compulsiu, ab\u00fas de videojocs, m\u00e0quines escurabutxaques, ordinadors, internet, consultes a vidents, etc.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tit_azul\">Hiperactivitat o h\u00edper ocupaci\u00f3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Algunes persones amb ansietat tendeixen a generar un ritme fren\u00e8tic d\u2019activitat en pr\u00e0cticament tots els \u00e0mbits en els quals s\u2019ocupen (treball, relacions socials, oci). Tenen l\u2019agenda plena de compromisos, gestions, tasques, sempre urgents, i immersos en medis i contextos demandants. En el temps lliure \u2013que en realitat es tracta de no tenir\u2013 s\u2019omplen d\u2019activitats i obligacions, a ser possible interactives, poc mec\u00e0niques i que requereixin moviments.<\/p>\n<p>En el fons, encara que no en s\u00f3n plenament conscients, es tracta de no para quiet, de no tenir el cap desocupat, de disposar acci\u00f3 contra pensament, de manera que no tinguin oportunitat de venir a la ment preocupacions, temors, q\u00fcestions personals no resoltes que, si apareguessin, generarien angoixa en diferents manifestacions.<\/p>\n<p>En certa manera, es tracta de buscar urg\u00e8ncies, per no plantejar-se i afrontar all\u00f2 important o inquietant. S\u00f3n persones que quan paren se senten pitjor, per la ra\u00f3 que acabem d\u2019explicar, i perqu\u00e8 les condicions d\u2019estr\u00e8s a que sotmeten l\u2019organisme afavoreixen, al desactivar-se i sortir de la situaci\u00f3 de sobreesfor\u00e7, l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de diversos reajustaments fisiol\u00f2gics que causen mol\u00e8sties: mals de cap, atordiment, fatiga, mol\u00e8sties digestives, etc. Alguns especialistes en ansietat i estr\u00e8s parlen del malalt de cap de setmana. Algunes persones, davant d\u2019aquest problema, tendeixen a resoldre-ho mitjan\u00e7ant la fugida cap endavant, i augmenten l\u2019activitat i generen progressivament m\u00e9s condicions d\u2019estr\u00e8s que, tard o d\u2019hora, portaran a una situaci\u00f3 explosiva, cr\u00edtica i insostenible.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tit_azul\">Adormiment<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Una altra manera d\u2019intentar desconnectar i treure\u2019s de sobre els pensaments negatius, anticipatoris amena\u00e7adors, idees intrusives i desassossegants \u00e9s canviar l\u2019estat de consci\u00e8ncia. A vegades es recorre al consum de subst\u00e0ncies per aconseguir-ho. Per\u00f2 no tractarem aqu\u00ed aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3, que ja es tracta en altres documents d\u2019aquest web. En aquest cas, fem refer\u00e8ncia al pas de la consci\u00e8ncia vigil a son, fora dels horaris establerts per dormir. Sobre aix\u00f2, \u00e9s caracter\u00edstic el cas d\u2019alguns estudiants a qui, com m\u00e9s a prop estan dels ex\u00e0mens, m\u00e9s els envaeix una sensaci\u00f3&nbsp; intensa de son, malgrat haver dormit el temps suficient i ser persones estudioses, voluntarioses i interessades en la mat\u00e8ria.<\/p>\n<p>Les persones que recorren amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i regularitat a aquest procediment, acaben per fer una vida quasi convalescent que paralitza, si fos possible, el desenvolupament de la seva vida social, familiar, etc., fet que a llarg termini genera o aguditza conflictes i insatisfaccions, a la vegada que, intensifica el sentiment i el rol del malalt.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tit_azul\">Videojocs, m\u00e0quines escurabutxaques, ordinadors, internet<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dins de les activitats que generen efectes evasius, tenen una import\u00e0ncia rellevant i s\u00f3n relativament comuns, l\u2019\u00fas abusiu o compulsiu de jocs electr\u00f2nics, internet o maquines escurabutxaques. Es tracta d\u2019activitats absorbents, interactives, de resposta immediata i r\u00e0pida, envoltants, amb molts elements de reclam sonors i visuals, capa\u00e7os d\u2019allunyar-nos de la nostra pr\u00f2pia realitat, i ens a\u00efllen de l\u2019entorn i dels nostres propis pensaments.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tit_azul\">Consultes a vidents, tarots i altres<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La incertesa \u00e9s una de les coses que pot generar m\u00e9s ansietat o algunes persones. La incertesa sobre el possible compliment o no dels desitjos o de les pots, la impaci\u00e8ncia, els dubtes, les desconfiances, la indecisi\u00f3, a vegades es viuen com a obsessionats i insofribles. Algunes persones, aclaparades per aquesta angoixa, tracten de reduir-la buscant respostes, endevinacions i coneixements amb consultes a vidents, tarotistes i altres professionals exot\u00e8ric. La resposta obtinguda pot alleujar moment\u00e0niament l\u2019angoixa i detenir l\u2019allau de pensaments que acompanyen. Malgrat aix\u00f2, aquest efecte es curt i, a m\u00e9s, es pot generar una necessitat de recorre a aquest procediment de manera cada vegada m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent i impulsiva. Algunes persones, per pal\u00b7liar un estat emocional desagradable (estr\u00e8s, avorriment, ansietat, depressi\u00f3, ira i solitud) recorren al menjar. Acostumen a ser episodis d\u2019ingesta excessiva d\u2019aliments, que es viu com a descontrolada. No hi sol haver conductes purgatives (v\u00f2mits o \u00fas de laxants). Abans i despr\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes afartades, hi ha un estat afectiu negatiu, en qu\u00e8 predomina l\u2019ansietat elevada o l\u2019estr\u00e8s. En aquests extrems, la ingesta ja no respon a factors nutricionals i de plaer gastron\u00f2mic-social. L\u2019afartament servei per relaxar l\u2019estat de tensi\u00f3.
