Els pensaments, imatges o impulsos de contingut agressiu cap a la pr\u00f2pia persona o cap als altres son en realitat normals, encara que siguin desagradables. Al veure\u2019ls com perillosos, com indicatius de ser una persona desequilibrada&#8230;etc, involunt\u00e0riament els hi donem m\u00e9s for\u00e7a i import\u00e0ncia, i es poden convertir aix\u00ed en obsessions, donant inici a les f\u00f2bies d\u2019impulsi\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els estudis indiquen que <strong>tenim al voltant de 60.000 pensaments diaris<\/strong>. Pensaments de tot tipus. Molts d\u2019ells negatius i repetitius. Normalment no els hi fem gaire cas, i no ens deixem \u201cenredar\u201d. A les f\u00f2bies d\u2019impulsi\u00f3 succeeix el contrari, el pensament (imatge o impuls) ens enreda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Totes les persone<\/strong>s, en major o menor mesura, <strong>han tingut o tenen pensaments caracter\u00edstics de les f\u00f2bies d\u2019impulsi\u00f3<\/strong>. Entre aquets 60.000 pensaments diaris \u00e9s normal que apareguin els temuts \u201cI si&#8230;?\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I si perdo el control i empenyo el cotxet del meu fill a la carretera?<\/li><li>I si impulsivament insulto al meu cap?<\/li><li>I si se me\u2019n va el cap i li dono una bufetada a&#8230;?<\/li><li>I si li clavo el ganivet a&#8230;?<\/li><li>I si de sobte dono un cop de volant?<\/li><li>I si&#8230;?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A les f\u00f2bies d\u2019impulsi\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 poden apar\u00e8ixer les obsessions de manera imperativa (no nom\u00e9s en format de \u201ci si&#8230;?\u201d) com si estigu\u00e9ssim rebent una ordre: \u201cpega-li\u201d, \u201cclava-li el ganivet\u201d&#8230;etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona, davant aquestes obsessions, assumeix com a veritat una s\u00e8rie de creences (falses) que li porten a sentir-se i actuar de manera que, en comptes d\u2019aconseguir eliminar les f\u00f2bies d\u2019impulsi\u00f3, les mantenen i les reforcen. Se senten molt ansioses i tamb\u00e9 culpables per pensar aquestes coses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Com comencen les f\u00f2bies d\u2019impulsi\u00f3?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apareix, per exemple, un <strong>pensament <\/strong>tipus &#8220;i si&#8230;?&#8221;. En comptes de no parar atenci\u00f3 i no donar-li import\u00e0ncia, com fem amb molts pensaments, ens fixem en ell amb <strong>alarma i preocupaci\u00f3: \u201c perqu\u00e8 he pensat aix\u00f2?, pensar aix\u00ed no \u00e9s normal, a veure si perdr\u00e9 el control i&#8230;\u201d<\/strong>. Sense adonar-nos, ja hem plantat la llavor. D\u2019alguna manera li estem dient al nostre sistema d\u2019alarma que hi ha quelcom a vigilar que no \u00e9s normal. D\u2019aquesta manera, <strong>provoquem involunt\u00e0riament que el pensament torni a apar\u00e8ixer<\/strong>. Cada cop que apareix m\u2019alerto i m\u2019angoixo m\u00e9s, em preocupo m\u00e9s i li dono m\u00e9s voltes. Com que crec que no hauria de pensar aquestes coses, comen\u00e7o a creure que podria passar en realitat. Com que \u00e9s quelcom que no vull que passi de cap de les maneres, que seria terrible, intento no tenir o treure\u2019m aquest pensament (imatge o impuls), i procuro evitar les circumst\u00e0ncies que facilitarien que pass\u00e9s (evito ganivets, balcons, allargar converses o reunions, quedar-me sol\/a amb nens petits o els meus fills\/es&#8230;). Com que evito, es fa m\u00e9s forta la creen\u00e7a de \u201cpodria passar\u201d. El nostre cervell, en el seu afany (l\u00f2gic, per\u00f2 en aquest cas poc encertat) per evitar que passin coses terribles, incrementa la seva vigil\u00e0ncia i advert\u00e8ncia respecte a que pass\u00e9s el que em fa por, i no para d\u2019enviar-me missatges (pensaments, imatges o impulsos) catastrofistes relacionats amb aquesta possible p\u00e8rdua de control, bogeria&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona creu que podria trastornar-se (o que ja ho est\u00e0), que s\u2019est\u00e0 tornant boja, que perdr\u00e0 el control. Creu que pensar aquestes coses no es normal. Creu que pensar-ho \u00e9s com tenir la intenci\u00f3 de fer-ho, que pensar-ho ja \u00e9s dolent i que indica quelcom terrible. Tracten per tant de prevenir-ho i evitar-ho. Tracten de no tenir aquets pensaments (imatges o impulsos) i prevenir situacions (no estar en situaci\u00f3 de \u201crisc\u201d si perdessin el control).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019 aquesta manera entren en un cercle del que els hi costa sortir. Les obsessions continuen, experimenten molta angoixa, por, culpa i sovint vergonya (per tenir aquestes obsessions).
