{"id":55161,"date":"2022-01-04T16:23:57","date_gmt":"2022-01-04T16:23:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/uncategorized-ca\/lansietat-el-pensament-i-lanticipacio\/"},"modified":"2024-02-19T12:57:36","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T12:57:36","slug":"ansiedad-pensamiento-y-anticipacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clinicadeansiedad.com\/ca\/problemes\/introduccion\/ansiedad-pensamiento-y-anticipacion\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019ansietat, el pensament i l\u2019anticipaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ansietat \u00e9s un mecanisme adaptatiu de defensa la funci\u00f3 del qual \u00e9s preparar les accions m\u00e9s convenients davant de les situacions considerades amena\u00e7ants.<\/p>\n<p>Un esdeveniment es considera o no amena\u00e7ant en funci\u00f3 del resultat d\u2019un <span class=\"color_azul\">doble proc\u00e9s de valoraci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qu\u00e8 passa, com ens afecta aix\u00f2 que passa i quines conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies t\u00e9 o podria tenir.<\/li>\n<li>Quines compet\u00e8ncies tenim per fer-li front, quins recursos podem mobilitzar i quina confian\u00e7a tenim en aquests recursos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les dues valoracions estan basades en el processament de la informaci\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s del pensament, que t\u00e9 un paper fonamental en les accions relacionades amb l\u2019ansietat. De l\u2019activitat d\u2019aquests processos mentals de pensament, coneguts tamb\u00e9 amb el nom de processos cognitius, se\u2019n deriva una determinada caracteritzaci\u00f3 de la realitat, que tamb\u00e9 inclou la representaci\u00f3 de nosaltres mateixos.<\/p>\n<p>En funci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta construcci\u00f3 de la realitat, s\u2019activen les accions oportunes per part de l\u2019individu i la disposici\u00f3 fisiol\u00f2gica necess\u00e0ria per dur-les a terme. Fins i tot existeix la possibilitat de representar aquestes accions imagin\u00e0riament, de manera simulada o virtual, i construir aix\u00ed diverses definicions de la realitat, diverses manipulacions possibles, diversos desenvolupaments i diverses conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies. Incl\u00fas \u00e9s possible, retrospectivament, fer diverses lectures del que ha passat.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"color_azul\">Dins dels processos cognitius, tenen una import\u00e0ncia cabdal els pensaments de tipus anticipatori: si la funci\u00f3 de l\u2019ansietat \u00e9s mobilitzar l\u2019organisme davant de perills o d\u2019amenaces possibles, l\u2019ansietat ha d\u2019activar-se abans que el perill es materialitzi<\/span>. Hem d\u2019estar advertits pr\u00e8viament, preparats i activats davant l\u2019eventualitat d\u2019un risc. Si pot ser que un cotxe ens atropelli, hem de saltar o quedar-nos clavats a la vorera abans que ens envesteixi; si tenim un examen aviat, l\u2019ansietat ens ha de molestar des de dies abans i emp\u00e8nyer-nos a estudiar per adquirir els coneixements o les destreses que, quan arribi el moment, ens permetran superar-lo amb \u00e8xit.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"color_azul\">Aix\u00ed doncs, l\u2019anticipaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 cognitiva que, sobre la base de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia i d\u2019altres fonts de coneixement, preveu les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies que un determinat esdeveniment produir\u00e0 en l\u2019individu<\/span>. Va des d\u2019un proc\u00e9s r\u00e0pid, intu\u00eftiu i autom\u00e0tic, fins a un proc\u00e9s de predicci\u00f3 elaborat, deliberat i basat en infer\u00e8ncies inductives o deductives. Es refereix b\u00e0sicament a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Com, quan i de quina manera alguna cosa perjudica o beneficia (avaluaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria, segons els termes utilitzats per Lazarus y Folkman, 1984).<\/li>\n<li>Qu\u00e8 es pot fer al respecte (avaluaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria, segons els termes utilitzats per Lazarus y Folkman, 1984).<\/li>\n<li>Quina capacitat per fer-ho s\u2019atribueix la persona (expectativa d\u2019efic\u00e0cia, segons els termes utilitzats per Bandura, 1986).<\/li>\n<li>Quins resultats es calculen com a probables (expectativa de resultats, segons els termes utilitzats per Bandura, 1986).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u2019acord amb aquestes prediccions, s\u2019esdev\u00e9 un estat emocional agradable o desagradable, segons que l\u2019individu es vegi afectat positivament o negativament.<span class=\"color_azul\"> L\u2019anticipaci\u00f3, com a expectativa, t\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 un efecte motivacional<\/span>. En paraules de Bandura (1986). \u201c<em>els pensaments anticipatoris que no excedeixen els l\u00edmits de la realitat tenen un valor funcional perqu\u00e8 motiven el desenvolupament de les compet\u00e8ncies i dels plans d\u2019acci\u00f3<\/em>\u201d. L\u2019anticipaci\u00f3 forma part de l\u2019acci\u00f3 mateixa com a factor regulador i inductor de la conducta i de les emocions. <span class=\"color_azul\">El pensament t\u00e9 una gran capacitat d\u2019autoactivaci\u00f3 fisiol\u00f2gica de les emocions<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia comuna ens diu que la imaginaci\u00f3 d\u2019escenes repugnants o fastigoses produeix n\u00e0usees, que les escenes er\u00f2tiques causen excitaci\u00f3 sexual i que la degustaci\u00f3 imagin\u00e0ria d\u2019un bon \u00e0pat provoca salivaci\u00f3 i secreci\u00f3 de sucs g\u00e0strics. En concret, les anticipacions que es refereixen a l\u2019ocurr\u00e8ncia d\u2019amenaces, danys o perjudicis, generen ansietat. Aquests pensaments poden ser, a vegades, tan activadors com els mateixos esdeveniments reals. Les v\u00edsceres (els pulmons, el cor, l\u2019est\u00f3mac) i els m\u00fasculs no saben qu\u00e8 passa, ni decideixen qu\u00e8 fer. S\u00f3n els centres nerviosos superiors (l\u2019escor\u00e7a cerebral fonamentalment, tot i que no \u00fanicament) els que, de manera encertada o no, coneixen la realitat en qu\u00e8 ens trobem i pressuposen la realitat en qu\u00e8 ens podr\u00edem trobar, com ens afecta aquesta realitat i qu\u00e8 podem fer-hi.
